High School Students of the Week! Congratulations to Izabell Southers and Aubrey Klusmeyer! Izabell was nominated by Mrs. Shockley for working really hard in Algebra, always being helpful to others around her, and very pleasant to be around! Aubrey was nominated by Mrs. Cook for helping a stranger at McDonald's while on a school trip pick up their dropped fries on the floor. The lady was very appreciative, and Aubrey is always offering to help staff and students when they need it. #WeAreNS #IAmARaider

There will be no livestream available for the quarterfinal football game at Worth Co. on Saturday. The game will be on radio stations 100.1 out of Cameron and 100.5 out of Memphis.

Tickets for the Quarterfinal Football game at Worth County need to be pre-purchased on MSHSAA's website. They are $10 per person age 6 and older. Game time is 1pm. https://www.mshsaa.org/Tickets.aspx

Due to varsity football playing on Saturday, the varsity basketball games against Marion County have been moved to February 6th from November 26th. #WeAreNS

Educators of the Month! Congratulations to Mrs. Stephanie Eckler and Mrs. JoLyn Maupin! Mrs. Eckler was nominated by students for always making sure that students know what they need for assignments in her class and subject. They especially appreciate how much she has helped them grow in their typing skills. Even when they don't believe they can get better, she does and pushes them to do better! Mrs. Maupin was nominated by Mrs. Nastav for going above and beyond for the students and staff here at NS. She is always considerate, compassionate, and willing to help out wherever she can! The Preschool class learned about why we have Veterans Day today. Thank you for your service to our country, Veterans!

Our elementary library was thrilled to be a recipient of a Snapdragon Book Foundation grant for $2700. We were able to purchase 149 nonfiction titles. Our Raider readers are so excited!
