Mrs. Eckler was nominated by students for always making sure that students know what they need for assignments in her class and subject. They especially appreciate how much she has helped them grow in their typing skills. Even when they don't believe they can get better, she does and pushes them to do better!
Mrs. Maupin was nominated by Mrs. Nastav for going above and beyond for the students and staff here at NS. She is always considerate, compassionate, and willing to help out wherever she can! She always has a smiling face no matter what, and really cares about our students!

The Preschool class learned about why we have Veterans Day today. Thank you for your service to our country, Veterans!
Our elementary library was thrilled to be a recipient of a Snapdragon Book Foundation grant for $2700. We were able to purchase 149 nonfiction titles. Our Raider readers are so excited!

Announcements for Friday night's district football game:
MSHSAA regulates postseason gate prices. Admission will be $6 per person, age 5 and under are free. No passes will be accepted.
We are asking that those who are wanting to park around the west end of the field, to please wait until FRIDAY MORNING to park. It is still very wet around the field, especially near the newly constructed track. The driveway has been roped off and will be removed early Friday morning.
