District Championship Tonight! North Shelby will take on New Haven AT Mexcio High School at 8:15pm tonight. Bus leaves at 6pm

V Baseball competes at Mexico High School today against Wellsville-Middletown at 5pm for a Class 1 District 4 Semifinal matchup. Bus leaves at 2:45pm.

V Baseball District Game tonight has been postponed to tomorrow at 4:30pm at Community. There is a possibility of it being moved to Mexico HS for a 1pm start time. That decision will be based on field conditions and will be made tomorrow. Baseball will practice today at 3:30pm.

V Baseball competes at the Class 1 District 4 Tournament today at Community R-VI. The gametime has been moved to 5pm against Wellsville-Middletown. We will provide updates as soon as we know them.

After completing the regular Mark Twain Challenge, students were invited to keep reading by going back and reading previous years’ Mark Twain nominees. Students earned one entry for every old nominee with a passed AR quiz.

The response was incredible! Our readers passed 84 AR quizzes on past Mark Twain nominees right up until the final day of the challenge. 📖✨

Elementary classes began the last week of school playing carnival games the 6th graders designed and built during STEM.

📚 Raiders Read: Summer Encore is coming back this summer!

Thanks to the support of the Dollar General Summer Literacy Grant, Macon Electric Foundation, Walmart SparkGood, and the GFWC Woman’s Club, North Shelby students will once again have the opportunity to enjoy books, activities, prizes, and fun all summer long.
