Twenty-one North Shelby 5th–8th grade students competed in this year’s bee hosted by our National Honor Society. After five rounds, Tucker claimed the title with the winning word, “marathon.”

North Shelby celebrated two wonderful ladies who will be retiring at the conclusion of this school year, Mrs. Carrie Greenwell and Mrs. Melissa Smith!
North Shelby is a better place because of the work and dedication of Mrs. Greenwell and Mrs. Smith. We are so happy they get to enjoy retirement but sad to see them go at the same time!

Our S.T.A.R. group had a great day Friday! 🧠🔐 They escaped an escape room with seconds to spare, enjoyed Shakespeare’s Pizza, explored the Ag Engineering Building at University of Missouri, and finished with a treat at Buck’s Ice Cream Parlor.
