Night #4 for the North Shelby Tournament!

Educators of the Month! Congratulations to Mrs. Shelia Ames and Mrs. Katie Wiley! Mrs. Ames was nominated for her willingness to always help students with their art and making sure students are pushed to do the best they can do. She has jumped in full force with fun and engaging activities with her classes and works very hard to make the hallways of North Shelby shine with wonderful creativity and positivity. Mrs. Wiley was nominated for doing some wonderful and amazing STEM and TECH Time projects! She has the students thinking and creating so many cool projects. She has them working in groups and learning the value of teamwork and never giving up! She organized the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, where every grade made a balloon to walk in the parade, and made sure every student made an ornament as a Christmas gift for their parents. All of her projects allow students to use their own creativity to complete them. #WeAreNS #IAmARaider

High School Students of the Week! Congratulations to Grady Gander and Aiden Wilson! Grady was nominated by Mr. Daniel for always being willing to help out whenever he is asked, no matter what the task is, especially with making sure the locker tops are cleaned for the weekends and home events. Aiden was nominated by Mrs. Smith for helping pick up trash and sweep after a ballgame before a school dance. #WeAreNS #IAmARaider
