High School Students of the Week! 4 students this week because of the snow days last week! Congratulations to Trevor Douglass, Ally Rich, Quintin Weideman, and Drake Prange! Trevor was nominated by Mrs. Weber's kindergarten class for being an incredible helper. Alway willing to dive into what the students are doing withoit being being asked. Trevor's positive attitude and willingness to help makes such a difference in their classroom. Ally was nominated by Wagner Portraits for her outstanding leadership during picture retakes and senior composite day. She took initiative in organizing students, coordinating lineups, and serving as an NS liaison for whatever was needed. Quintin was nominated by Ms. Gibson's kindergarten class for coming in each day and taking initiative to work with students and help where there is a need. At recess, the students love that he plays with them, and visits with them at lunch. Drake was nominated by Mr. Davis for seeing that Mr. Davis had a dead truck battery and asked if he could help him in any way. #WeAreNS #IAmARaider

North Shelby FCCLA, FFA, Student Council, 4th grade, and some individual teachers adopted 12 Macon and Shelby County foster kids for Christmas. Student Council members delivered gifts to be distributed. We love having the opportunity to help students in our community!

All Sophomores will go to MACTEC tomorrow to tour the building and classes. Bus leaves at 7:20am and returns at 11:40am.

JH Basketball tonight at home vs Palmyra. A games only, starting at 6pm.

V Basketball travels back to Tri-Rivers Classic for semifinal action. Girls play Knox County at 4:30, followed by Boys vs Schuyler County at 6pm. Both games in the HS Gym & streamed on Schuyler's HudlFan Page.

JH Girls play at 6:20pm in HS Gym and Boys at 7:30pm in MS Gym at SSMS Tournament.

Tri-Rivers Classic Gametimes Thursday, December 3rd HS Gym Girls vs Knox County @ 4:30 Boys vs Schuyler @ 6:00 Teams and cheerleaders will travel to Columbia after the games for the Norm Stewart Classic on Friday.

V Basketball travels to Tri-Rivers Classic @ Schuyler County today. Girls play at 4:30pm in HS Gym, Boys at 6:00pm in MS Gym. Both teams play Clark County.

JH Basketball at SSMS Tournament. Girls play SS at 4pm, Boys play at 5:10pm. Both games in MS Gym

Updated Tri-Rivers Classic Brackets

North Shelby will be in session tomorrow. Buses will be running on hard surfaces only.

North Shelby will not travel to the Tri-Rivers Classic tonight. Falling temperatures will cause freezing conditions for travel home for our students. We will share a schedule when possible.

Due to snowy conditions, school will be canceled tomorrow, December 2nd. MACTEC has also been canceled.

HS Basketball at Tri-Rivers Classic in Schuyler has been postponed to tomorrow. Boys play at 7pm in MS gym, Girls play at 8:30 in HS gym. Gametimes are possible to be earlier.

JH basketball games at SS tonoght have been postponed to Wednesday. Second round will be played on Thursday.
