North Shelby Varsity Scholar Bowl will compete in the Lewis & Clark Conference Tournament today at North Shelby. First matches start at 10am.

Eighth Grade students visited the St. Louis Holocaust Museum as part of their English Holocaust unit. The visit provided a powerful opportunity to see historical artifacts and hear personal testimonies from survivors. We are grateful to the NS administration and School Board for the opportunity to experience the museum first hand.

Educators of the Month!
Congratulations to Mrs. Kerri Greenwell and Mrs. Cadie Echternacht!
Mrs. Greenwell was nominated by Owen Caldwell for brightening every room she walks in and makes an effort to make sure everyone understands. Mr. Daniel adds that Mrs. Greenwell has been a tremendous addition to our staff this year in the English department. Her willingness to take on new things and push students to succeed has been very evident this year.
Mrs. Echternacht was nominated by Mrs. Minear for her ability to wear so many hats each day and do an excellent job in every one of them. She continually goes above and beyond her job description and what is expected of her as a para. She is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and support others (both teachers and students) however she can. Her willingness to help wherever there is a need is what brought her to my classroom in the afternoons, and she has made a meaningful difference ever since. Her kindness, flexibility, and dedication do not go unnoticed!
